QUESTIONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
Homeland Waste offers residential trash and garbage pickup services in many of the communities in North Texas. We know you have a choice when it comes to residential trash pickup and that is why we offer low prices and dependable service.
In order to provide our customers with the best quality of service, we ask that you take a moment to review the following guidelines. Our basic rate is for normal household waste only. All bags should be placed in an area that is easily accessible. Collection Times: Make sure all trash is securely in bags and out to be picked up by 6:00 a.m. on your day of service. Garbage Collection: Bagging ALL trash eliminates any chance for "fly away" trash or unexpected spillage of an open container into your yard. We take pride in leaving your property as clean as possible, and we can do that with your help of bagging all trash and not putting loose items in the bin. To reduce the chance of bags tearing, please consider the weight of your bags (no more than 25 pounds) when disposing of papers, magazines, grass or other items that may cause a tear in the trash bag. Please call in advance for any heavy or bulky items. Empty boxes must be broken down. For sanitary reasons, pet feces and/or waste should be sealed or tied in double plastic bags. If you are considering residential trash pickup, then please sign up now or contact us and we will be happy to answer any questions. We strive to provide the best service possible to each and every customer. |
