HOMELAND WASTE offers residential trash and garbage pickup services in many of the communities in North Texas. We know you have a choice when it comes to residential trash pickup and that is why we offer low prices and dependable service.
GENERAL INFORMATION: In order to provide our customers with the best quality of service, we ask that you take a moment to review the following guidelines. All bags should be placed in an area that is easily accessible.
COLLECTION TIMES: We begin our scheduled routes at 6:00 am on your day of service. We ask that you have your trash available for pickup by 6 am on your scheduled pickup day. If your trash is not available when we arrive, you'll have to wait until your next scheduled pickup day. There will be no refunds for missed weeks, due to your trash not being available for pickup when we arrived.
HOW TO PRESENT YOUR TRASH: We ask that you bag all your trash, to help us keep your residence clean and allow our crew to do their job safely and efficiently. We’ve been reminded by local law enforcement that it’s a law and they’re cracking down on this, which is why we’ll need to begin enforcing that all loose trash be bagged. To reduce the chance of bags tearing, please consider the weight of your bags (max. 25 pounds) when disposing of papers, magazines, grass or other items that may cause a tear in the trash bag. If you have any boxes that you need picked up, we’ll take them, we just ask that you have them broken down flat and stacked nicely. For sanitary reasons, pet feces and/or waste should be sealed or tied in double plastic bags.
TRASH LIMIT: The Service Plan you’ve purchased determines how much trash you can put out for pickup each week. If you have the need to exceed your weekly limit, you’ll need to give us a call so we can quote you and scheduled it for pickup.
BULK ITEMS: Any Trash exceeding your weekly Limit, is considered BULK Trash. All BULK or SPECIAL Pickups must be quoted and scheduled by calling us at 972-454-9005.
